Refunds & Returns

Our Returns Policy

Our policy does not allow for any prescribed medication or medical devices to be returned – this is for safety reasons due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK, and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will dispose of the products safely.

If for any reason we are unable to dispense your medication we will refund you the full amount within 3-5 working days of receiving the order.

If you believe there has been a mistake in your order (for example; medication which you did not order, incorrect quantity or strength) please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify the matter.

For other items, you can return any unwanted items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement, as long as they are undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.


If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is accepted by the pharmacy.


We hope that you will be happy with any medication that you order from us. However, in the event that you wish to return medication to us because it is:

  • (i) not as described;
  • (ii) damaged or faulty

We will refund the price of the medication in full together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs that you incur in returning the item to us.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details. If you paid using a different payment method, then we will refund you using the same payment method that you used to pay us.

Your refund will automatically be processed within 3-5 working days but in some cases can take up to 14 days.
